- Run 1 Mile Under 10 Minutes (8 is elite)
- Squat Body Weight (1.5x is elite)
- Bench Body Weight (1.5x is elite)
- 5 Unbroken Pull-Ups (10 is elite)
- 25 Unbroken Push-Ups (50 is elite)
