  • Squat Body Weight (1.5x is elite)
  • Bench Body Weight (1.5x is elite)
  • 5 Unbroken Pull-Ups (10 is elite)
  • 25 Unbroken Push-Ups (50 is elite)

  • 275lb squat (I set the weight at elite level for one rep. No need to go heavier)
